We had our little Lily Lynn blessed on Tues May 11th in our home with our family it was such a neat experience as a mother to have your little one being blessed...it was so meaningful to us the powerful words that were said. It was especially great that we could have Toms dad bless her and have Tom hold her and JR and Tim and my dad stand in. We have such great people in our lives.
Tom's parents were in town from Ohio visiting...We still managed to do fun things with them altho Tom, Tim and Marty stayed busy putting doors on our bedrooms and bathroom and fixing our stucco and gutters....how nice to have those things taken care of. Always sad to say "goodbye"
We both got to spend Mothers Day with our mothers...which probably won't happen for a long time...if ever :)
And last but best of all my mom...she was such a blessing to me those few crazy brain days I had. To have my mom so close when I'm just becoming a new mom and learning new things.
Mothers Day was very special this year needless to say...I'm a very lucky MOM and I love being a mom.
